FORGET YOU NOT MEMORIAL TREE & POST BOX

The “Forget You Not” memorial tree is made from Corten steel and hosts 240 green granite leaves, set in the tranquility Peace Meadow area within Blaby Cemetery.

A  leaf can be purchased and engraved with the name of a loved one who has sadly left us with a small inscription and a choice of 10 motifs, allowing the names of the deceased to live on whether they have been cremated or buried within the cemetery or elsewhere.

The “Forget You Not” eco-friendly envelope containing a 100% recycled card and a small packet of wildflower seeds, where thoughts and memories can be put down on paper and posted in the “Forget U Not” post box, the seeds will be scattered in the wildflower garden, this helping the preservation with the wildlife particularly the bees and butterflies.

The fee for this unique service is £95.00 VAT for an inscription leaf or £25.00 + VAT for an inscription and motif, the leaf will come with a 10 year lease. On expiry of the lease, the leaf will be removed and handed back to the purchaser.
