We Need Your Help

We are collecting on behalf of Leicester Ukrainian Club essential items that will be delivered to the Polish border.

Please drop any items off at Blaby Parish Council, Blaby Civic Centre, 22-24 Leicester Road, Blaby, LE8 4GQ. The office will be open Monday – Friday from 9.30am – 4pm.

Please donate items on the following list ONLY!

– We are NOT collecting clothing, toys or footwear, as there is sufficient supply at this stage.

– The list below includes items that are required URGENTLY!

MEDICAL– IMPORTANT – all items MUST be in date please

– First Aid kits

– Wound dressing materials (e.g. bandages, wound closure strips, field bandages)

– Painkillers

– Cold/Flu treatment

– Antiseptic cream and wipes

– cream for babies metanium, Bepanthen, Drapolene

– Bonjella, teething granules

– child antihistamine

– Child painkillers-calpol and neurofen

– child powder form antibiotics

BASICS

– Thermal underwear all sizes both genders

– Sleeping bags

– Hot water bottles

– Insulated flasks

– Warm blankets

– Large/medium size backpacks

– Power banks and cables for charging phones

– Torches with batteries, including head torches

– Foil body wraps

FOOD / DRINK – NO glass containers! All products MUST be in date!

– Protein bars

– Canned food

– Dry food (pasta, rice)

– Cup a Soups

– 3 in 1 coffee sachets

– Baby food – powdered milk, ready meal pouches

TOILETRIES

– Toothbrushes and toothpaste

– Wet wipes for both adults and children

– Shower gels

– Shampoo

– Feminine sanitary products, including for new mothers

– Breast pads for breastfeeding mothers

– Nappies all sizes
