PRESS RELEASE - Temporary Traffic Regulation Order - Coventry Road & Guthlaxton Gap, Croft
Leicestershire County Council Highways has agreed to a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order at the above location.
A road closure is required on Coventry Road and Guthlaxton Gap from its junction with Coventry Road (B581) to the junction with Croft Road, Cosby. The closure will take place over night from 20:00 to 06:00 commencing on the 28th September until 3rd October 2020.
The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order will be implemented for public safety for Leicestershire County Council to undertake carriageway patching and various highway maintenance works
The proposed alternative diversion route will be via: Coventry Road, Croft; Coventry Road, King Edward Avenue, Narborough; Blaby Road, Enderby; Enderby Road, Whetstone; Blaby Bypass, Blaby; Lutterworth Road, Cosby; Lutterworth Road, Coopers Lane, Broughton Lane, Dunton Bassett; Dunton Road, Station Road, Broughton Way, Coventry Road, Broughton Astley and vice versa.
Leicestershire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused during these works.
